You get the insider knowledge and personal contacts of a small group trip, with the freedom to travel at your own pace.
How it works
Step 1
Tell me about your trip
Fill in a short questionnaire about your dates, budget, travel style and what you’d love to see, so our call is spent planning. It takes about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Pay and book your call
I’ll email you a secure payment link straight away. As soon as you’ve paid, you’ll be taken to my calendar to book your 60-minute video call at a time that suits you.
Step 3
Get your custom itinerary
Within 7 working days of our call, you’ll receive a day-by-day itinerary with where to stay, who to contact, how to get around and roughly what it should cost. One round of changes is included.

Bespoke Planning and Booking
£300
Everything in Bespoke Planning, plus I arrange your homestays, guides, drivers and internal transport with my local contacts, so all you need to do is book your flights and turn up.
The cost of your stays, guides and activities is paid separately.
Thinking about a group trip?
If you decide you’d rather travel with us after all, whatever you’ve paid for a DIY Trip Kit or planning call comes off the price of any OTW group trip.

FAQs
Are you a travel agent?
No. I plan your trip and share my trusted contacts, and you stay in control. With Bespoke Planning, you book everything directly with the people I recommend, so there are no hidden mark-ups. With Bespoke Planning and Booking, I reserve with my local partners for you and you pay them directly.
What’s not included?
International flights, visas and travel insurance. I’m happy to point you in the right direction, but these are yours to arrange.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally at least 6 weeks before you travel, so there’s time for our call, your itinerary and any bookings. Travelling sooner? Get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.
Can I get a refund?
Because I start working on your trip as soon as you’ve paid, payments are non-refundable. You can move your call with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Does it count towards a group trip?
Yes. If you join an OTW group trip, what you’ve paid for your DIY Trip Kit or planning call comes off your trip price.
